Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin Lounge Chair

Ok so this post may ruin my thrift sale Friday for the week and I already had another personal item lined up for todays post, but I really just have to post this for my personal item Thursday. So yesterday, I walked into the Salvation army during my lunch break because it was fairly close to where I was getting lunch and sitting over near the furniture area was this yellowish high backed chair that screamed mid-century to me. It looked fabulous! I kept looking around to see if there was anything else in the store but there wasn't so I went to go sit in the chair and when I did I leaned back slightly and the chair moved and a footrest poped out from out of nowhere! It was at that moment that I knew I needed to have this chair. I had seen earlier that the price on the chair was $19.99 and I feared the worst because I believed that I only had $10 on me again. I cracked open my wallet and there was a $20 bill gleaming at me saying spend me Brian! so I picked that chair up and walked over to the register and bought it!
